Samantha began her NEIWPCC career as the Meeting and Events Planner in November 2016. As the Business Operations Division Director, Samantha coordinates and plans NEIWPCC conferences and Commission meetings, maintains office and information technology operations and equipment, and supervises administrative support and events staff. In addition, she provides executive support to the Executive Director. Samantha holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Salem State University. [Full bio]

Katherine Arnold

Katherine provides administrative and clerical support to NEIWPCC’s Lowell staff. She supports projects within the programmatic and business divisions, manages data and records, and assists with conferences and meetings. While her primary focus is within the Wastewater and Onsite Programs Division, she assists with internal and external communications, and maintains equipment and materials for NEIWPCC’s headquarters office. Katherine joined NEIWPCC in November 2023, and has a B.S. in psychology from Union College.

Alexandra provides administrative and clerical support to NEIWPCC’s Lowell staff. She supports projects within the programmatic and business divisions, maintains office equipment, in addition to day-to-day operational activities. Alex primarily supports the Water Quality and Wastewater divisions, with a focus on NEIWPCC Training. Alex joined NEIWPCC in September of 2019, and holds an Associate’s degree from the Florida State College of Jacksonville.

Julianna McGovern

Julianna provides administrative and clerical support to NEIWPCC’s Lowell staff. She supports projects within the programmatic and business divisions, manages internal IT processes, and assists with NEIWPCC’s reporting requirements. While her work primarily falls within the Business Operations, Human Resources, and Water Resource Protection divisions, she assists with conferences, communications, and day-to-day tasks across all of NEIWPCC’s divisions. Julianna joined NEIWPCC in August 2023, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor of Science in sports medicine from Westfield State University.

Megan

Megan Nickerson

As the meeting and event planner, Megan provides logistic support to the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, trade shows and events, and financial invoice and database reconciliation. She conducts research and site selection, negotiates vendor and hotel contracts, and is responsible for all aspects of onsite management. Megan also assists the business operations manager with operational tasks including IT assistance, administrative support, and office resource management. Megan joined NEIWPCC in January 2022 and holds a B.A. in Communications from Keene State College. [Full bio]
