Financial Staff

Lucia Walker
Lucia joined NEIWPCC in 2018 as Assistant Comptroller and was promoted to Comptroller in February 2020. She oversees the fiscal department, managing all financial affairs including budgets and forecasts, financial analysis, and financial planning. She also directs the annual audit process and oversees NEIWPCC’s financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Lucia is a Certified Public Accountant and received her bachelor of accounting from Merrimack College.

Patricia Brady, Accountant

Patricia Brady
Patti is responsible for NEIWPCC’s payroll, from the processing of timesheets to distribution of paychecks. She tracks leave time, accounts for and records payroll data and fringe benefits, reconciles all records related to payroll and fringe benefits at year-end, and interfaces with the Commission’s payroll processor as needed. Patti joined NEIWPCC in 2002. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

Jean Quigley, Accountant

Jean Quigley
A NEIWPCC employee since 2003, Jean is primarily responsible for accounts receivables and accounts payables, handling all processing as well as reconciling related records at year-end. She maintains comprehensive files and documentation on all receivables and payables, in compliance with NEIWPCC policies. Jean holds an M.B.A. from Suffolk University in Boston.
