Lucia Walker
Lucia joined NEIWPCC in 2018 as Assistant Comptroller and was promoted to Comptroller in February 2020. She oversees the fiscal department, managing all financial affairs including budgets and forecasts, financial analysis, and financial planning. She also directs the annual audit process and oversees NEIWPCC’s financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Lucia is a Certified Public Accountant and received her bachelor of accounting from Merrimack College.

Patti Brady, Payroll

Patricia Brady
Patti is responsible for NEIWPCC’s payroll, from the processing of timesheets to distribution of paychecks. She tracks leave time, accounts for and records payroll data and fringe benefits, reconciles all records related to payroll and fringe benefits at year-end, and interfaces with the Commission’s payroll processor as needed. Patti joined NEIWPCC in 2002. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

Kenya Gutierrez
Kenya joined NEIWPCC’s Finance Division in March 2022. As an Accountant, Kenya works to ensure a timely month and year end close. She primarily assists with accounts payable and accounts receivable. She performs various general ledger reconciliations, compiles and analyzes financial data, and assists with closing federal grants and fiscal year audits. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Salem State University.
