NEIWPCC licenses wastewater operators in Massachusetts and Maine, conducts a wide variety of training courses, and provides technical assistance to eligible facilities. We also coordinate certifications for soil evaluators and system inspectors in Massachusetts and publish guides and manuals, such as the TR-16 Guides for the Design of Wastewater Treatment Works.
