NEIWPCC offers a free, 1-hour self-paced Introduction to Wastewater course that provides an overview of the wastewater industry, including the history, regulations, design, and safety concerns of a typical plant. The course is designed for town managers, wastewater engineers, or those who are new to the field to gain an understanding about the importance of wastewater treatment.

A longer 20-hour version is also available for free for those looking to gain 20 training contact hours. NEIWPCC also offers a catalog of wastewater trainings in a variety of formats.
