Human Resources Director
Selene has served as NEIWPCC’s director of human resources since 2006. She develops recruiting strategies; manages the application, interview, hiring, and orientation processes; and administers the Commission’s benefits programs. Selene has more than 25 years’ experience in human resources, and her extensive education in the field includes a certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Mediation Skills Training Program. She holds a B.Mus. in Vocal Performance from University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. full bio
Assistant Human Resources Director
Vin joined NEIWPCC in March 2020 and assists the HR Director in managing, evaluating, and providing leadership in NEIWPCC’s human resources department including employee relations and retention programs, compliance with federal and state regulations, salary administration, and recruitment of talented and committed employees. In addition, Vin works to design training programs and maintain a strong benefits package for NEIWPCC employees. Vin holds a B.S. in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University, an HRM Certification from Bryant University and is both PHR and SHRM-CP certified.
NEIWPCC’s Human Resources Department welcomed Abby to the team in December 2016. As an Information Officer in Human Resources, she assists with benefits administration, recruitment, new hire orientations, and general HR administration. Additionally, Abby develops and writes content for the Human Resources Newsletter, Current Connections. She holds an M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
