Human Resources Director
Mary joined NEIWPCC as Human Resources Director in September of 2020. She has oversight for all HR functions, including: staffing, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion. Mary has more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from UMass Amherst and a Master of Science in Applied Management from Lesley College. full bio
Kate joined NEIWPCC’s Human Resources division in July 2020. As an information officer, Kate is responsible for activities including training, benefits administration, employee relations, and database management. She assists with recruiting, employee onboarding and training, and participates in compliance initiatives. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Regis College. full bio
Barbara joined NEIWPCC in July 2020. As an Information Officer in Human Resources, Barbara is responsible for activities including recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, and database management. NEIWPCC’s Human Resources Department welcomed Abby to the team in December 2016. As an Information Officer in Human Resources, she assists with benefits administration, recruitment, new hire orientations, and general HR administration. Additionally, Abby develops and writes content for the Human Resources Newsletter, Current Connections. She holds an M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
