    CONTACT

Please provide your contact information, whether submitting your own abstract or making a recommendation. Include all requested information to ensure your submission receives full consideration. Asterisks (*) indicate mandatory input fields.

  • PRESENTATION FORMAT

The conference will include pre- and post-conference workshops on Monday, September 22, 2025 and the afternoon of Thursday, September 25, 2025. Workshop presentations are expected to offer a hands-on learning opportunity for attendees (e.g., walk-through of a computer program) and/or direct interaction among presenters and attendees (e.g., breakout discussions and roundtables). These styles are welcome at all times throughout the conference agenda, but we set aside these time specific for these more hands-on sessions. Standard classroom-style presentations will not be considered for a workshop. Posters will be on display throughout the duration of the conference.
Abstracts can be submitted for a single format (e.g., poster only) or multiple formats (e.g., conference
presentation and poster and workshop). Please select multiple formats if they would be conducive to conveying the content. This makes it easier for us to arrange the conference content in a more engaging way. Otherwise, you are welcome to select a single format.
