Long Island Sound Study Biennial Report
NEIWPCC produces Protection and Progress: The Long Island Sound Study Biennial Report, which highlights recent projects undertaken to improve water quality, restore and protect natural areas, better understand the Sound’s environmental issues through scientific research, and increase public awareness of the Sound. The projects described in its pages involve collaboration between a wide range of partners, including federal, state and local government agencies, universities, businesses, and community groups dedicated to protecting and improving this important estuary.
