Resources for Request for Proposal (RFP) Applicants.
After the close of the RFP, NEIWPCC will notify those applicants whose proposals will be considered for further review. Applicants may be required to provide presentations. NEIWPCC will send the selected applicant a contract for signature. The applicant’s proposal is not approved and work may not begin until the contract is signed by the applicant’s duly authorized representative and NEIWPCC. If the selected applicant and NEIWPCC are unable to agree to the terms of a contract, NEIWPCC reserves the right to disqualify the applicant and select another eligible applicant.
