NEIWPCC contracts with many specialists to provide or support research, monitoring, outreach, and other work.
State, local and federal agencies provide funds to NEIWPCC for a variety of projects to help preserve and advance water quality in the Northeast. These funds are allocated in a competitive process awarding subaward agreements and procurement contracts to nonprofit organizations, local governments, universities, consultants, and businesses in the region.
NEIWPCC requires that interested parties submit competitive proposals for subawards and procurement contracts through the Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Quotes (RFQ) webpage, respectively. NEIWPCC invites participation by small businesses, minority owned firms, and women’s business enterprises in this process.
