NEIWPCC’s top priority is the health and safety of our colleagues, partners, and the community. After conferring with our partners at EPA OUST and ASTSWMO, NEIWPCC has made the difficult decision to postpone the conference due to continued restrictions on travel and large gatherings in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. At this time, we are moving forward with plans to hold the 27th National Tanks Conference on September 13-15, 2022, at the Wyndham Grand Hotel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Pre-conference workshops will be held on September 12.
We are incredibly grateful to the prospective speakers, exhibitors, and attendees planning to attend this event. We would also like to thank our state, tribal, and federal partners on the NTC Planning Team who helped plan and provide the 2020 NTC Webinar Series.
In the meantime, NEIWPCC is working with our partners to determine the best approach for building off of our collective effort up to this point. Please stay safe, and we will continue to communicate any updates as information is made available via this conference newsletter, the official conference website, and all other channels. We look forward to seeing and reconnecting with you in Pittsburgh in 2022!
NEIWPCC has hosted the National Tanks Conference and Exposition (NTC) for over a decade. The event brings together hundreds of UST/LUST professionals, including tank inspectors; cleanup specialists; state, tribal, and territorial employees; federal regulators; and industry representatives to network and learn about emerging issues, policy, equipment, and many other topics.
