NEIWPCC’s South Portland, Maine satellite office leads our work in Maine, supporting the Joint Environmental Training Coordinating Committee (JETCC), Maine Wastewater Certification, Maine Erosion Control Training and Certification, and the Maine Drinking Water Program. The South Portland office also provides leadership on the EPA Training and Technical Assistance Grant.
