Cambria joined NEIWPCC in February 2017. As the Business Operations Manager, Cambria maintains office and information technology operations and equipment, supervises administrative support and events staff, and coordinates and plans Commission meetings. In addition, she provides executive support to the Executive Director. Cambria earned a Master of Public Administration and graduate certificate in nonprofit management from the George Washington University and a B.S. in Geography from the University of New Mexico. full bio

Susan Bailey, Training Secretary

A NEIWPCC employee since 2000, Sue provides administrative support to the Lowell staff in general and specifically the program staff of the Wastewater and Onsite Systems Division and the Financial Division. In this capacity, she develops training materials, updates the NEIWPCC training calendar, and maintains our database of training participants. Other responsibilities include assistance with planning and executing meetings, conferences, and workgroup meetings; and financial invoice and database reconciliation.

Samantha joined NEIWPCC in November 2016. As the Meeting and Events Planner, she provides logistic support to the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, trade shows and events, and financial invoice and database reconciliation. Samantha conducts research and site selection, negotiates vendor and hotel contracts, and is responsible for all aspects of onsite management. She supports planning teams and graphic designers with development of signage, brochures, program guides, attendee correspondence and website information. Samantha holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Salem State University. full bio

Michelle Jenkins, Certification Secretary

Shelly provides administrative support to the Lowell staff in general and specifically the staff overseeing NEIWPCC’s coordination of the Massachusetts Wastewater Operator Certification and Renewal Program and the Massachusetts Title 5 Onsite Wastewater Training and Certification of Soil Evaluators and System Inspectors Program. Shelly handles incoming calls about the programs and assists in processing applications and registrations. She also supports the Water Resource Protection Division and the Communications Division. Shelly joined NEIWPCC in 2003. She holds an Executive Secretarial Program Certificate from the Burdett School in Boston.

Jenn, who joined NEIWPCC in 2011, provides administrative support to the Lowell staff in general and specifically the Water Quality Division and the Human Resources Division. She is also actively involved in assisting staff with planning and executing NEIWPCC workgroup meetings and regional conferences. Jenn is a graduate of North Middlesex Regional High School in Townsend, Mass.
