Call for Abstracts: Northeast Aquatic Biologists Conference

NEIWPCC is now inviting abstracts for the Northeast Aquatic Biologists (NAB) Conference, to be held February 15-17, 2023, in Plymouth, Massachusetts. NEIWPCC is coordinating the conference in partnership with our member states and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Abstract submissions are due on Friday, November 18, 2022. Submissions are invited from state, federal, tribal, and municipal government staff, the public and private sector, watershed organizations, and academia.

Suggested submission topics for presentations and posters include biomonitoring and bioassessments, chloride/road salt impacts, cyanobacteria/HAB monitoring and mitigation, environmental justice, and climate change. See the event webpage for a full topic list. Presentations are limited to a total time of 30 minutes, including a five to ten minute Q&A.

The conference is open to all registrants, with registration opening in December. Details about the conference and abstract submission can be found on the event webpage.
