The 32nd Annual Nonpoint Source (NPS) Conference will take place April 27-28, 2022 in Woodstock, Vermont. Abstracts can be submitted until November 19, 2021, and are invited from NPS managers at the state, federal, and municipal level, as well as from the private sector, watershed organizations, Tribes, and academia.
In honor of the 50th anniversary of the Clean Water Act in 2022, the conference theme, “Clean Water Act: Past and Future,” will focus on past NPS work and knowledge gained, as well as modernizing NPS work for the future. Submissions which focus on environmental justice, modernizing water quality and NPS projects to adapt to climate change, diversity and inclusion in NPS projects, and community participation are encouraged. Presentation formats include lightening talks (10 minutes or less), poster presentations, oral presentations, and panel sessions.
