Emergency power generators for underground storage tank systems (EPG UST systems) will be the topic of the first of a four-part webinar series designed to accompany the 2021 National Tanks Conference (postponed from 2020).
The EPG UST systems webinar will be held July 22. Close to 450 individuals have already registered for the two-hour training, which features EPG UST systems regulatory requirements and considerations for design, installations, and other options for meeting pressurized piping release detection requirements.
EPA OUST Director Carolyn Hoskinson will introduce the program.
Three additional webinars will cover leaking underground storage tanks, financial considerations, and UST-LUST cross programming.
Earlier this year, NEIWPCC broke a webinar attendance record, with an UST training on sumps and spill buckets. More than 600 state and tribal UST inspectors and other compliance staff attended the April 30 webinar, which is available to watch on demand.
NEIWPCC also provides leaking underground storage tank corrective action webinars, two of which were held in June. A full archive is available on our website.
The National Tanks Conference will be held in Pittsburgh on September 21-23, 2021. A pre-conference workshop will be held on September 20.
