Talks on 9/4 and 9/10 will present novel technology

In a September 4 webinar, Dr. Ljiljana Rajic of the Pioneer Valley Coral & Natural Science Institute and Elateq LLC will describe an electrochemical treatment technology with potential municipal and industrial applications.

The talk is especially of interest to state-agency personnel, consulting engineers, and superintendents of wastewater treatment plants.

In a September 10 webinar, Souheil Benzerrouk and Hichem Hadjeres of Canopus Water Technologies will give a talk on UV-LED technology for point-of-use disinfection of drinking water.

Drinking water system operators in Maine, New York, and Rhode Island may earn training contact hours for their attendance at the September 10 webinar.

Both webinars are part of NEIWPCC’s Regional Research Initiative, which is dedicated to sharing information about water-related research and techniques from around the Northeast. For those new to Webex, we’ve posted system requirements and login instructions.

NEIWPCC does not directly or indirectly endorse any product by Elateq LLC or Canopus Water Technologies.

Research webinars are recorded and archived.
