Human Resources Director
Selene has served as NEIWPCC’s director of human resources since 2006. She develops recruiting strategies; manages the application, interview, hiring, and orientation processes; and administers the Commission’s benefits programs. Selene has more than 25 years’ experience in human resources, and her extensive education in the field includes a certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Mediation Skills Training Program. She holds a B.Mus. in Vocal Performance from University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. full bio
Information Officer – Human Resources
Julie works with the Human Resources director to develop and administer the New England and New York state staff benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirements, accrued leave program, voluntary benefit programs, and direct employee communications. She assists with recruitment, the new hire process, termination process, and general HR administrative duties. Julie Joined NEIWPCC in January of 2016. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Emmanuel College.
Barbara is involved in recordkeeping, training, and the recruitment and application process. She posts open positions, tracks incoming applications, completes reference checks, and assists with new hire orientations. Before joining NEIWPCC in 2014, Barbara worked at Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union as a mortgage originator. She holds a B.L.A. from the University of Massachusetts.
NEIWPCC’s Human Resources Department welcomed Abby to the team in December 2016. As an Information Officer in Human Resources, she assists with benefits administration, recruitment, new hire orientations, and general HR administration. Additionally, Abby develops and writes content for the Human Resources Newsletter, Current Connections. She holds an M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
